Please note registrations for post-congress workshops closed lunchtime on Wednesday 28th May 2014. Unfortunately, no on-site registrations will be available.
Delegates can only register on-site for Jo’s Cervical Trust, Understanding the Non-Attender free of charge at The Royal College of Surgeons on Friday 30 May 2014.
