Pre-Congress Course Registration

Online registration is now closed. Delegates wishing to register for a pre-congress course can do so at the congress registration desk at the QEII Conference Centre until 1pm on Wednesday 28th May.

Post-Congress Course Registration

Please note registrations for post-congress workshops closed lunchtime on Wednesday 28th May 2014. Unfortunately, no on-site registrations will be available.

Delegates can only register on-site for Jo’s Cervical Trust, Understanding the Non-Attender free of charge at The Royal College of Surgeons on Friday 30 May 2014.

The fees include:

BSCCP colposcopy recertification requirements

“For the purposes of BSCCP colposcopy recertification requirements, BSCCP members may register and attend two full days of the congress i.e. Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th May.   Nurses may register for and attend two full days i.e. Tuesday 27th (if attending the morning nurse colposcopist programme), and Wednesday 28th May.”

Registration Fees for Pre-Congress Workshops, Monday 26 May 2014

Please be advised if you are a BSCCP trainee who wants the EFC Basic Colposcopy course to be used for BSCCP training recognition, you are advised to attend both the EFC Basic Colposcopy course and the Congress to achieve the equivalent of a BSCCP basic course.

Also note that it is the responsibility of a trainee when you submit the evidence to BSCCP for training to demonstrate that you attended both the EFC Basic Colposcopy course and the main congress.

Accompanying Persons Programme

There will be no accompanying persons programme for this conference, however you can visit www.visitlondon.com for visitor attractions in London.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Kenes UK to ifcpc@kenes.com. Registration cancellations will be accepted until the 31 March 2014 with a refund as follows:

  • Emailed prior to the 31 March 2014 
    Full refund (less £35 administration fee)
  • Emailed after the 31 March 2014
    No refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates will be emailed to all delegates shortly after the conference. Delegates will be invited to complete an online evaluation form and then they will be able to download their certificate. Certificates of attendance will only be available for delegates who attend the conference.

To register a group of 10 or more participants please email ifcpc@kenes.com.

Payment

All payments for registration fees should be made in full before the conference and within 4 weeks of completing your online registration. If full payment is not received before the conference then payment will be asked for on arrival at the registration desk. If you have any problems making the payment before the meeting please contact ifcpc@kenes.com.

Payment by bank transfer
Please ensure that the title of the congress and the participant’s name are stated on the bank transfer. Any bank charges incurred are the participant’s responsibility and should be paid in addition to the registration and accommodation fees. Once the payment has been received you will be sent an email confirmation.

If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email ifcpc@kenes.com to request a letter after you have registered and made payment.

Please note invitation letters can only be issued to invited speakers. Delegates and abstract submitters can be given a letter to confirm their registration/abstract submission.

If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions (see above).
